SHIPPING & ORDERS POLICY
CHRISTMAS CLOSURE
Pretty Palm Tree will remain open over the Christmas and New Year holiday period, so you are welcome to make an order at any time. Orders made by Friday December 17 4pm AEST will be shipped Friday December 17. Orders made after this will be posted Friday January 14. Orders for A2 prints will remain open, however the last day to make an A2 print order to be posted before Christmas is Tuesday December 14. Any A2 print order made after December 14 will be posted January 14. Please familiarise yourself with shipping times listed below if you would like to know when you will receive your order.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Orders will be posted once a week, on a Friday, regardless of the shipping method you select at checkout. If you need your order more urgently, please contact Pretty Palm Tree to discuss your options, prior to placing your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping notification to the email address listed in your order. A tracking number will be provided for all print orders.

A2 ORDERS PLEASE NOTE: If you order an A2 print, please allow up to 5 business days for printing before your order is prepared and shipped.
LOCAL PICK UP
If you live locally you can select to pick up your order from my studio in Boyne Island. When your order is ready for pick up you'll receive notification to the email address on your order. Please wait to organise a suitable time for pick up before visiting my studio.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Once your order is in the hands of the postal system, Pretty Palm Tree has no control over delays, so should your order be held up, please be patient and contact your local postal system for further information on the whereabouts of your order, using the tracking number provided. Pretty Palm Tree can only provide you the information given by the postal system via your tracking number.
TRACKING & PARCEL COLLECTION
Pretty Palm Tree can't track all packages once posted, so it is your responsibility to follow tracking advice using the tracking information emailed to you at the time of shipping. All A5 and A4 orders require a signature on delivery. Please ensure you are available at time of delivery or are available to collect form your post office if no one is home to receive your order. All A3 and A2 orders are sent with tracking but don't require a signature on delivery. Should no one be available to receive your order at the time of delivery, please ensure there is a safe and secure place for your order to be left at the address provided.
ITEMS RETURNED TO SENDER
Pretty Palm Tree does not issue refunds if parcels are late, or have been returned to sender because they have been failed to be collected by the buyer, or the delivery information provided to Pretty Palm Tree is incorrect. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they have provided the correct delivery address at checkout. In the event that your order is returned to Pretty Palm Tree due to missing information on the delivery address provided, or because you have failed to collect your parcel, as the buyer at fault you will be responsible for charges to have your order reposted.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If the packaging of your order is open or damaged upon receipt, please make sure to take a photo of the damaged packaging prior to opening your parcel and a photo of any damage done to your Pretty Palm Tree items. It is the responsibility of the buyer to first take up the issue with the postal service IMMEDIATELY, before contacting Pretty Palm Tree. Pretty Palm Tree is not liable for damaged packages or missing items if the correct procedure, as described here, is not followed.
WEEKENDS
I look forward to spending lots of time with my family and friends on the weekend, so I enjoy some time off! While my work never stops, email and order enquiries are not always attended to over the weekend. Please allow for business days only when processing and packing your item, and an email response time of 1-2 business days.
DISCOUNT CODES
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure their discount code has been effective during the checkout process. Please double check your order summary prior to completing your purchase. Pretty Palm Tree cannot refund, amend or reimburse you for discounts not correctly applied.
